5. Service Centers and Professionals

a. Service centers and professionals who register on CelNow must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their services.

b. Service centers and professionals agree to deliver services as promised and maintain professional standards while interacting with customers.

c. CelNow reserves the right to verify the authenticity of service centers and professionals through its offline / online verification process. Registered service centers and professionals must cooperate with the verification process.

 

6. Intellectual Property

a. All content on CelNow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of CelNow and protected by applicable copyright laws.

b. Users are prohibited from using, copying, distributing, or modifying any content from CelNow without prior written consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

a. CelNow shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of our platform or the services provided by service centers and professionals.

b. Users agree to indemnify and hold CelNow harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of CelNow or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

 

8. Termination

CelNow reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform at any time without prior notice, including for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Charges and Fees

a. CelNow offers certain functions and services that may be subject to charges. Users acknowledge that obtaining the verification tag and boosting their posts may require payment of applicable fees.

b. The specific fees and charges for these services will be clearly communicated on CelNow. Users are responsible for reviewing the fees and charges before availing of the services. Please note that charges may change from time to time, and it is the user's responsibility to stay informed about the prevailing rates.

 

14. Dispute Resolution

a. CelNow encourages users to resolve any disputes or disagreements among themselves in a fair and amicable manner. CelNow shall not be responsible for mediating or resolving disputes between users, service centers, or professionals.

b. Users agree to release CelNow from any claims, demands, or damages arising out of or in any way connected to such disputes or interactions with other users, service centers, or professionals.
